Bin Wu is a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University. I obtained my Ph.D. degree from the Humboldt University of Berlin and Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie in 2023 after I received my B.E. degree in Materials Chemistry from Chongqing University in 2016 as well as master degree in Materials Engineering from Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. My current research interests focus on design and in situ characterizations of carbon nanomaterials for electrocatalysis. I have published over 16 papers on Journal of American Chemical Society, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (3), Advanced Materials, Energy Environmental Science, Advanced Functional Materials (4), ACS Nnao and other flagship journals, which received lots of citations from other peer researchers in this field. I was invited to be one of Early Career Editorial Board Members in various SCI Journals such as Carbon Neutralization, Exploration, Microstructure, Chemical Synthesis, ChemPhysMater and Materials Today Catalysis. Also I was invited as Editorial Board Member in Nature-Springer Journal ”Scientific Report” in charge of article processing. Moreover, I was also appointed as guest editors in SCI Journals like Energies, Catalysts and Materials Today Catalysis.

Miguel Ángel Mueses is full professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering and a distinguished researcher, recognized as a Senior Researcher by Colombia’s National System for Science, Technology, and Innovation (MinCiencias). His expertise spans a wide array of cutting-edge topics in chemical engineering, including solar photocatalysis, solar photoreactor engineering, and applied mathematical modeling in photocatalytic processes. He also conducts advanced research in environmental catalysis, molecular adsorption, Advanced Oxidation Technologies (AOTs), wastewater treatment, photocatalytic kinetics, scattering and absorption of radiant energy (VRPA), and quantification of quantum yields. Dr. Mueses holds an h-index of 19 (SCOPUS with more than 1000 citations), underscoring the significant scientific impact of his work. He plays an active role in academic publishing and scientific leadership as an Editorial Board Member of the Chemical Engineering Journal Advances (Elsevier) and Editor-in-Chief of Revista Ing-Nova at the University of Cartagena. In addition, He is a committed member of the Colombian Association for the Advancement of Science, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and innovation in Colombia and beyond.
